Step 1 – Hang on to your tickets. We’ll need the ticket number for each ticket you wish to upgrade.

Step 2 – Contact us. Visit Member Services in person, email us at ambassadorteam@georgiaaquarium.org or call our membership team at 404-581-4000 within 60 days of the original purchase to complete your membership.

Step 3 – Dive in! Your membership grants you unlimited admission all year long plus exclusive discounts on various Georgia Aquarium programs and events, parking, the gift shop and the Coastal Café!

Can I Purchase Additional Guest Passes?
Yes, if you are a Member, you can purchase a Guest Membership that can be used for admission when you bring friends and family. Guest memberships allow you to bring one guest per membership each visit – limit one Guest Membership per Member. All Membership cards and Guest Memberships are issued for a specific person and are non-transferable. Discounts and promotions do not apply to Guest Pass purchases.
