Bailey grew up in Selma, Alabama. He attended Alabama State University and received his undergraduate degree in Health Education. After moving to Atlanta, he began his career in education with the Cobb County School District. Bailey has 16 years of experience in the education world. He earned his Master’s Degree in Instructional Technology and his Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership both from Kennesaw State University. Bailey came to Georgia Aquarium in 2019 and currently serves of the Director of Education.
