Join us for an unforgettable summer adventure at the Georgia Aquarium! Designed for campers ages 5-13, this exciting week-long camp offers a hands-on, fun-filled experience exploring the wonders of marine life. Campers will dive into interactive activities, get up close with fascinating sea creatures, and discover the unique ecosystems of the ocean. Through engaging games, educational presentations, and special behind-the-scenes tours, children will develop a deeper understanding and appreciation for marine life while making new friends and lasting memories. At Georgia Aquarium, STEAM starts with you! Explore the 5 pillars of STEAM—Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics—and see how they shape the world around us. Campers will dive into aquatic adventures, from coding and engineering a coral reef to demonstrating a volcanic eruption. Become an ocean explorer this summer and discover the wonders of science and nature.

Sailing into STEAM

Ages 8-10

All aboard, explorers! Dive into the wonders of ocean exploration and discover how the first voyagers navigated perilous seas. Learn how seafarers tackle challenges using Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Math (STEAM). Explore behind-the-scenes realms and test your problem-solving skills as you embark on a summer adventure in search of great treasure!

Ages 11-13

Facing a tough problem, where would you start? Engineers tackle challenges by brainstorming, designing, and testing solutions. This summer, gear up to use the engineering design process to solve nature’s puzzles with eco-friendly ideas inspired by the marine world. From combating climate change to aiding conservation or exploring ocean depths, discover how STEAM practices make anything possible!
