Georgia Aquarium’s school programs provide opportunities for students to discover the aquatic realm in an immersive, standards-based learning environment. Students discover conservation efforts and connect with nature through one of our onsite programs: Education General Admission (self exploration), Instructor-led programming and Tuesdays in the Field OR bring Georgia Aquarium to your school through in person programs: Outreach or our virtual programs: Field Trips (pre-recorded lessons) or Outreach (instructor led lesson).

We are thrilled to announce a brand-new opportunity for all school groups visiting in August. Join our educators for engaging tabled activities covering a variety of topics related to STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics). This exclusive event is open to all school field trips visiting Georgia Aquarium on those designated days.
Beginning on August 8th, Thursdays and Fridays, our education department invites students to immerse themselves in hands-on learning experiences in our Discovery Zone, located on the 2nd floor.
