What is included in the room rental charge?
- As part of hosting an event at Georgia Aquarium, your room rental charge includes tables, chairs, black or white linen, glassware, flatware, choice of ceiling lighting, security, onsite event coordination and a once in a lifetime view into our aquatic habitats.
Does the room rental charge go towards my food and beverage minimum?
- The room rental charge is a separate fee which goes to supporting Aquarium operations, and therefore does not apply to your food and beverage minimum.
May I pre-pay for my guests’ parking?
- Yes, please consult with your sales manager for more details.

Can I bring in my own entertainment, florist, DJ, etc.?
- Yes, provided all guidelines within the contract are followed. All setup and breakdown of any items not provided by Georgia Aquarium or Wolfgang Puck Catering are the responsibility of the client. Load in/out times and locations will be established by Georgia Aquarium Event Sales & Services Team prior to your event.
Can I provide my own audio-visual company?
- Audio-visual and event technology are a very important part of your meeting or event. Georgia Aquarium has partnered with Active Production and Design, Inc. as our exclusive audio-visual company. The Active AV team will work with you directly in designing the perfect audio-visual experience for your special event.
What is the minimum number of guests required to host a meeting & have crafted packages for small meetings?
- We do not have a minimum number of guests required to host a meeting & have crafted packages for small meetings.

Does the Aquarium have a sound limit?
- Yes, our sounds limit is 85 decibels, and our staff diligently works together to maintain acceptable levels for the health and safety of our animals.
Will my guests have access to visit the Aquarium?
