Yes, as long as they follow the guidelines of the contract. All setup and breakdown of any items not provided by Georgia Aquarium or Wolfgang Puck Catering are the responsibility of the client. Load in/out times and locations will be established by the Georgia Aquarium Event Sales & Services Team prior to your event.

The room rental is a separate fee which goes to supporting the Aquarium operations, and therefore does not apply to your food and beverage minimum.
