Parking
A 1,600 space parking garage is attached to the Georgia Aquarium. Covered and rooftop parking are available.
The official Georgia Aquarium parking deck operates 1,600 safe, secure, and well-lit spaces attached to the Georgia Aquarium. Covered and rooftop parking is available.
For your convenience, you can pay for parking at the Aquarium ticket booths, member's entrance or information desk. Please remember to bring your parking ticket with you when you leave your vehicle.
Please note that the entrance to the Aquarium is a short walk outdoors underneath a covered walkway. Please dress appropriately.

Motorcoach / Bus Directions & Parking
Hourly motorcoach and school bus parking is available at the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC) Marshalling Yard and is limited. Motorcoaches with group sales tours are required to pay $20 per motorcoach to park at the Marshalling Yard. School buses participating in the Aquarium's education programs are allowed to park at no additional cost.

Public Transportation (MARTA)

MARTA by Train:
The Georgia Aquarium is a 10-15 minute walk from either the CNN Center MARTA stop on the East/West line or from the Peachtree Center stop on the North/South line.
MARTA by Bus:
Bus service is available to the Georgia Aquarium from the Five Points MARTA station via Route 97 and from the North Ave MARTA Station via routes 100 and 101.
ROUTE 97 (A to Z Bus):
Go from Georgia Aquarium to Zoo Atlanta using MARTA’s new A-Z bus route. Enjoy under sea and land animals all in one day!
Georgia Aquarium is connected to the Five Points MARTA Train station by bus Route 97. Route 97 runs from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday and from 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Route 97 also known as – The “A to Z” runs seven days a week between the Georgia Aquarium and Zoo Atlanta via the MARTA Five Points Train Station.
