Don’t let your attendees miss the Largest Aquarium in the World!

The Georgia Aquarium is providing a special service to your group at no additional cost. We are a non-profit facility offering a first class experience. Please review the two available ticket options for your group. You may choose one or a combination of the two options. The Georgia Aquarium is a unique attraction that requires timed-ticketing. Tickets must be purchased in advance at a designated time. We also offer exclusive non-timed tickets, which are purchased in advance by the meeting planner and these tickets may be used any day, at any time, on normal operating hours during your convention dates. Option 1:

Purchase exclusive non-timed tickets in advance for your attendees and include this special ticket as part of their meeting/convention registration. Or give them to your convention staff as a thank you. These tickets are valid during your event dates, at any time during normal operating hours. Your attendees can visit the aquarium at their leisure.

Ticket Price: $23.50 per person with a minimum of 25. Ticket cut-off date: 14 business days prior to start of event. Final guarantee and full payment due at cut-off date. Black out dates may apply.

Option 2:

Provide a link from your web site to ours. Your attendees will save 10 percent when they purchase their own “non-timed” tickets. Attendees will be directed to a special Web site which displays your group’s name. Print tickets from home or bring the order number to the will call desk to receive tickets. This ticket does not require an advanced reservation or specific time and is valid anytime during normal operating hours Sunday - Friday; this ticket is NOT VALID ON SATURDAYS. Certain restrictions may apply.

Free Tickets

As a benefit to your group and as a thank you from Atlanta, we will provide 1 FREE exclusive non-timed ticket for every 25 tickets sold. The number of complimentary tickets will be based upon the number of tickets sold to date, five days before the convention/meeting/event start date. The Georgia Aquarium must appear on the group’s Web site, e-mail blasts and informative flyers in order to receive the free tickets. The more you promote the ticket program, the more FREE tickets your group will receive!

The Oceans Ballroom located inside the Georgia Aquarium is comprised of 16,400 (soon to be 23,000) flexible square feet of meeting/event space. Recognized as Venue of the Year by the Atlanta Chapter of Meeting Planners International, our event space is guaranteed to make a memorable occasion. Located within walking distance from the Georgia World Congress Center and integrated into the heart of the downtown hotel district, our facility is the perfect spot for everything from launch parties, kick-offs, closing events, satellite events to VIP meetings and receptions.
