Education Programs:
- Programs begin October 8, 2007, and run through May 23, 2008.
- Programs operate Monday through Friday.
- Programs are 2 hours long.
- Programs are scheduled 9:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and1:30 p.m.
- Programs are available for students K through 12th grade.
- There are 5 available groups per time slot.
- Group size: Minimum - 20, Maximum - 28
(If you are brining more than 140 students, you will have to book multiple dates.) - One adult per X students* based on the chart below.
- K – 5th grade: 1 adult per 5 students
- 6th – 12th grade: 1 adult per 10 students
- Adult ratio includes all teachers.
- *Additional adults will not be allowed.
- Pre-approved exceptions can be made for students with special needs who require a paraprofessional.
Reservations:
- Reservations must be made at least three weeks prior to your visit.
- Third-party bookings require the contact information for the lead teacher.
- All education programs cost $11 per student. This covers the cost of the education program and bus parking.
- A $100 deposit is required per date to hold a reservation; online and phone-in reservations require a credit card, or if using a school check, you must book on-site.
- Submit requests for changes to your reservation at least two weeks prior by calling 404-581-4433.
- One of our environmental educators will contact you approximately two weeks before your visit to review the details of your educational experience.

Pricing:
- All education programs cost $11 per student—this covers the cost of the education program and bus parking.
- To visit the main Aquarium only, group tickets can be purchased through the Call Center (404.581.4433). Group rate admission tickets are $17.50 for grades K-8 and $23.50 for grades 9-12 and all adults.
- A $100 deposit, per date, is required to hold a reservation and will be credited towards your final balance.
- Final payment is due 30 days prior to your visit.
- Payment can be made by credit card online or via telephone and on-site with a school check.
- Any payments for pre-approved additional students must be made 48 hours prior to your visit.
- Bus parking is provided at no additional cost at an offsite lot.
- All payments are non-refundable.
Group Size:
- There is a minimum group size of 20 students.
- Maximum number of students per group is 28.
