The Georgia Aquarium is a unique experience
In order to make the Aquarium more accessible to the entire community, we accept applications for groups to visit with complimentary admission through our Sponsored Admission Program.
There are currently two options for our Sponsored Admissions Programs:
- Sponsored Admission to an education experience on our Learning Loop
-2007-2008 sponsored admission information and application for school programs will be available in August. - Sponsored General Admission
In an effort to make the Georgia Aquarium’s unique learning experience more accessible to students and teachers in the state of Georgia, the education department is accepting sponsored education admission applications. For more information about sponsored education admissions and to submit an application, please click here.
Sponsored general admission to the Georgia Aquarium is for 501(c)3 organizations that assist underserved and underprivileged groups including children, people with special needs and the elderly. We currently have a limited number of opportunities available for this program.
If your organization wishes to be considered for sponsored admission, you will need to submit the following:
- 2007-2008 sponsored admission information and application will be available in August.
- Proof of your organization’s current 501(c)3 status;
- A letter expressing your organization’s desire to become a partner with Georgia Aquarium;
- A copy of your organization’s mission statement; and
- Information for your organization’s contact person as well as your organization’s executive director
- Please allow 30-45 days for your application to be reviewed. We can not promise that your application will be approved or accepted.
- If your group qualifies for a Learning Loop experience, your application for sponsored general admission will not be accepted.
