The new Georgia Aquarium is the world’s largest aquarium featuring more than 100,000 animals from 500 different species, in over 8 million gallons of water! “This Aquarium is so large and so incredible, we don’t believe there is any way to fully experience it even after three visits,” Jeff Swanagan, Executive Director said. “It’s unlike anything anyone has ever done or seen before.” Annual Passes are paid for in just over two visits, and as an added benefit, passes purchased before opening November 23, 2005 will be good through December 2006, giving more than 13 months of membership at the Aquarium. The Georgia Aquarium will hold exclusive Annual Pass days November 21st and 22nd prior to our public Grand Opening on November 23rd. A limited number of annual pass holders will be able to reserve tickets for this preview. Our timed ticketing program allows guests to reserve the date and time of their visit in advance. This ensures swift entry and room to explore once inside. Additionally, Annual Pass holders will have two weeks from October 15th to October 31st to reserve the date and time of their visit before regular daily admission tickets go on sale November 1st.
