Georgia Aquarium Celebrates Veteran's Day

Offers 50% off Admission Prices for Active or Retired Members of Armed Forces

Atlanta, GA (October 23, 2008) –

In order to support members of the Armed Forces, from Nov. 8 – 16, 2008, Georgia Aquarium will be offering 50% off up to four general admission tickets for active or retired Armed Forces members with a valid military ID. 

The Aquarium wishes to express gratitude and support for the men and women of our Armed Forces who are actively engaged in protecting our country as well as the thousands who have given their lives to secure our freedom.

Likewise, the World of Coca-Cola, located across from the Aquarium in Pemberton Place, is pleased to offer complimentary admission to members of the Armed Forces as well as up to four additional tickets at 50% off general admission prices.

To take advantage of this special promotion, visit Georgia Aquarium or the World of Coca-Cola and present your Armed Forces ID Card at the ticketing window. Armed Forces members planning to visit the World of Coca-Coal in groups of 25 or more are encouraged to call Rumsha Hada (404-676-6074) in advance to reserve a specific time.
